Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for all shipping and customs charges related to returning defective items. Upon receiving the item, we will conduct an investigation and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Exchanges and refunds are generally not accepted except in cases of verified defects or exceptional circumstances.

Price & Content Information

We strive to maintain accurate pricing and product information. However, occasional errors may occur.

Flairs Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for products listed with incorrect prices or inaccurate descriptions.

Delivery Charges

International shipping charges are calculated according to destination and shipment weight.

Duties, customs charges and taxes are not included in product prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Delivery Timelines

Flairs Studio is responsible for dispatching orders but cannot control courier-related delays after shipment.

As many products are made-to-order, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees.

These charges are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Care Instructions

All Flairs Studio garments are designed to be dry-clean only.

We strongly recommend following these care instructions to preserve the quality and longevity of your garment.

Damage caused by hand washing, machine washing, or any cleaning method other than dry cleaning is not covered under our return or exchange policy.
