Chargeback Policy

1. Mandatory Internal Resolution First

Before contacting your bank or credit card issuer to file a dispute or chargeback, you agree to contact Flairs Studio directly at +92 329 2345678.

  • Most billing issues, accidental orders, or refund requests can be resolved quickly and internally by our support team.
  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first blocks our ability to process a direct refund or credit to your account.

2. Mandatory Notification Requirement

In the event that you still choose to initiate a formal chargeback or payment dispute through your financial institution, you are required to notify Flairs Studio in writing within twenty-four (24) hours of filing the dispute.

  • This notification must include your order number, the date of the transaction, and the specific reason for the dispute.
  • This mandatory notice allows our billing department to review the transaction, pause any active shipping or service fulfillment, and prepare the necessary financial documentation for the review process.

3. Consequences of Unauthorized Disputes

Failure to contact us prior to initiating a dispute, or failure to notify us within 24 hours of filing a chargeback, constitutes a breach of these Terms of Service. In such cases, Flairs Studio reserves the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or permanently terminate your customer account and access to our services.
  • Place a permanent block on your name, email address, and shipping address across our digital storefronts.
  • Disclaim liability for any administrative delays, inventory locks, or cancellation fees resulting from the unannounced dispute.

4. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Fraudulent Disputes

Flairs Studio maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding chargeback fraud, chargeback abuse, and friendly fraud. Fraudulent chargebacks include, but are not limited to:

  • Initiating a dispute claiming an item was not received when tracking data confirms successful delivery.
  • Claiming a transaction was unauthorized after utilizing, consuming, or downloading the product or service.
  • Filing a dispute to bypass Flairs Studio's established return and refund policies.
  • Initiating a dispute due to buyer's remorse or unrecognized billing descriptors without contacting support first.

5. Account Termination and Global Blacklisting

Any customer who initiates a fraudulent chargeback will be permanently banned from our ecosystem. Flairs Studio reserves the immediate right to:

  • Permanently blacklist your name, email address, IP address, billing details, and physical shipping address across our global digital storefronts.
  • Terminate any active accounts and cancel pending orders without a refund.
